De Jong cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Indianapolis on Monday.

Scouting Report
His curveball is his bread-and-butter pitch, so he gets a lot of swings and misses with it in the minor leagues. Also owns a decent fastball and average changeup in his arsenal. Needs to displays greater consistency when it comes to striking batters out in order to maximize output at the highest level. Also, he lacks a bit of movement with his fastball.
Long Range Potential: Solid right-hander with some upside.
